Moshin and Waheeda's weekend extravaganza: May 21-23, 2010

It definitely was a weekend extravaganza with multiple venues, a plethora of scrumptious food, and many beautiful outfit changes for the bride and groom. What an event!

Friday night started off with the ladies-only party and later ended with the 'mess up' for the groom. Here are some highlights of the night.


Saturday was the main event at the mosque, then onto another venue to close off the night. The bride and groom in their traditional attire...


And Sunday was a relaxed hotel reception where the bride and groom exchanged rings and shared cake...


Congratulations Moshin and Waheeda! It was an event we'll never forget!

Gurpreet and Angela - May 15, 2010

What a lovely May evening it was. The gorgeous Vancouver harbour was the perfect backdrop for the stunning bride and groom to tie the knot. Even Elvis couldn't resist serenading this couple...

The tents for the outdoor reception were decorated with accents of vibrant pink which set the tone for a fantastic night...and what a night it was...

Oi! Oi! Oi! I'm in Australia...

I recently had the opportunity to travel to the Northern Territory of Australia; Darwin to be specific. Well, let me say it wasn't exactly what I had expected... I don't know what I expected really. I guess since the nation as a whole is so vast and landscape so varied, the Northern Territory State is definitely none like the rest.

Here are some pictures of the different wild life/creatures I encountered during my stay... nothing I've ever seen in real life before (being the city boy I am)...








A few nights in Sydney brought me back to the city life I so missed in Darwin, albeit I had an amazing experience up north. Pictures of Sydney's famous harbour and cityscape...

First Couple of the Season... Moshin and Waheeda

My first couple's photo shoot of the year couldn't have come at a better time. It was so nice to get the camera out and know that the wedding season draught is coming to an end...

My friends Moshin and Waheeda made the shoot so easy. With minimal instruction, they were able to capture the moment flawlessly. Don't they make a lovely couple!

Vancouver 2010!

Well, where has the time gone? It's been another long pause between posts, hasn't it! So far 2010 has been a bit of a rollercoaster ride, with the Olympics smack in the middle of it. Here are some pictures taken around town during the Games!
